WARRANTY POLICY

LIMITED WARRANTY TERM

4-Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

OZEN CAMERA SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (hereafter referred to as OZEN) warrants that all product is free from defect due to material and workmanship for a period of (4) years from the date of purchase delivery.   OZEN recommends registering product immediately upon purchase delivery.

 

Register via the WARRANTY FORM below with attachment of .pdf-formatted ‘Proof-of-Purchase’ document(s) to include sales receipt reflecting Authorized Dealer identity, date of purchase/shipment, Product name, & serial number (if applicable).

Request for Warranty coverage of unregistered product requires that aforementioned Proof-of-Purchase document(s) must accompany request.
 

Upon verification that defect(s) of product(s) shipped to OZEN have been incurred despite proper use, and within the warranty period, OZEN shall – at its sole discretion – either repair or replace under-warranty product(s),  Owner is responsible for all shipping expense. Warranty is non-transferrable. 

VOID OF WARRANTY

Warranty shall be void, if:

 

Failure / damage is evident of neglect, misuse, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, impact, or operation contrary to reasonable use as camera support, and/or warranteed product(s) have -- without OZEN’s written consent – been serviced, modified, or repaired with unauthorized parts, and/or been serviced by anyone other than an OZEN-authorized Service technician.
